Church course syllabus based on The Earth Charter (Five weeks)
Prior to the course, there will be several promotions to solicit participants. One will involve a video-taped PowerPoint presentation based on the Earth Charter principles. Before each class, I will provide guiding and reflection questions for participants and a copy of the assigned reading. After each class, I will provide the next week’s reading and guiding and reflection questions.
Week one: Read and discuss the following articles-

Week four: Read and discuss the following:
The Earth Charter and Global Citizenship: A way forward by Nigel Dower
The Spiritual Way, the Gandhian Way by Kamla Chowdhry
Week five: Read and discuss Action Guidelines for Decentralized Expansion of the Earth Charter initiative
During this class, we will seek the participants’ commitment to carry their work into the future and commit to become more involved in a variety of ways.
